Its a smaller facility, so slots and space are often limited. The bar area seems poorly placed and too small, especially for a weekend or event crowd. They often have live bands perform next to the bar, that basically perform in the center of the gaming area, and it can be very loud and obnoxious if you get too close, and you just came to play a slot machine to get away from the normal routine.Theres a lot to be said about the staff here though. Arguably the friendliest and most accommodating Ive ever encountered. I never sit ten minutes at a machine without a waiter or waitress coming around to take drink orders. All the staff seems to work together and if someone cant answer a question that I may have, they find out who can and it gets immediate attention. Also, theyre very good at getting to know repeat customers, theyre quick to offer free drinks, to even a casual player like myself. The free play is a little tight, but the promos and comps make up for a lot of that. They tend to make my visits feel more personal, and my patronage more appreciated than any other casino I visit.Four good stars from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Is it used to be a nice place to go anymore its not I am a Top member and the past 4 months I have become not impressed with the place the employees harass you Ive had my card stolen from one of the employees working there and hed given it to one of his family members, the quality of the place itself seems to we going way way down and for the three to five grand a month that I spend there Im going somewhere else. The Integrity of the employees that set themselves seems to have gone way down and I just wished you or dont wish to associate with that kind of people.all the other casinos treat you better theyre friendly and this one is becoming less friendly and it seems to be more concerned with the people on the reservation then it is its customers. I hope one day they change the quality of this place and it goes back to the way it used to be but until then I believe Id be going somewhere else and I do hope none of you have the same experience

I know this review is not what ;people want to read, but I HAVE to write it. When looking at reviews for a 'CASINO', why do I want to read how much food people ate at the buffets, or how good the music was, or how nice the hotel was, or if the perks were wonderful?Or, if the food was cold, the drinks were warm, the sheets were not silky enough, there was a hair in the bathroom sink.HOLY COW! THIS IS A CASINO, kids, a CASINO!!! How about the pay out at the miserable machines? I dont go to a casino to do anything but gamble and hope to get a win . Rarely happens, so why should I rave about silly amenities. If you want a great buffet and hotel - just go anywhere. Why go to a casino and lose $$$$ just to have food and sleep? Ill never understand it.

Staff are pretty friendly most of the time. You can always find an open slot machine no matter when you go. They have some decent live music and good service at the bar. Bingo hall is small which is nice. The bingo payouts are small compared to other local casinos so it usually attracts less people. The cafe/hot bar is the worst at customer service and speed. They usually only have one or two people and the condiments are never stocked. They changes the portions to make them much smaller but still charge the same amount as before.

Im not a big gambler either, I just enjoy playing modestly and getting some entertainment. Of all the casinos we go to, Menominee is the worst. We can go through $100 in fifteens minutes playing 1-2 credits per line on a penny machine and never win enough to cover the bet!Im ashamed of myself for being fool enough to give it one last try here!I suggest trying your luck at one of the many other fine casinos in the area!

In 20 years of visiting casinos all over the country this is the WORST one we have ever been to! Payouts are non existent and not just for us but as we walked around we didnt see anybody winning! We dont go to a casino expecting to win big, we go to play and have fun but you should, at the very least, expect to get some payback from the amount we spent, but we got nothing!

So I got stranded here once. Ran out of gas. Set in the parking lot for over an hour but never had security call them I never had security come out and never got messed with once. So all in all Id say thats a good thing because any other Casino I probably would have been kicked out hassled or who knows what else and that same. Of time so for thumbs up for sure

A great casino, great cheap r.v camping in the parking lot for 20 per night and they gave us 10 in gambling for each night. Only electric hook ups though and no dump station near by. The pool area is amazing. We had a few very comfortable days here and would stay again if in the area. Make sure to check out the local museum as well....

Awful! Stayed for 2 nights...hallways stunk like stale cigarettes....room was a joke...my daughter found a dirty sock that didnt belong to anyone in our room. Service was very cold. The machines are tight. Dont mind losing but would have liked to be able to actually play a while on my money. Never ever again. It was gross!

Check In and Out was easy. The front desk was very efficient. The room was great. It was clean and modern, fresh and spacious and there was great water pressure in the shower. I would stay here again. The staff was very pleasant and worked to keep the property clean. We had a very nice overall experience.

Rooms are fine, there are these super bright night lights that kinda bothered me throughout the night, also you can close the blinds but not the curtains, if you like pitch black while sleeping its hard to obtain. Also most of the hostesses were lovely but a couple were rude. Casino is clean and fun!

the hotel wasnt bad some of the staff a bit snippy and snotty. wifi was ungodly terrible. only good thing was the pool and the suana. alot of the guards were kinda douchebags too. tvs in the room were also set up akwardly. food was pretty good though. but decent curtsy would be nice.

Even though they have a renovation done to the place, the staff now feel as though they should have a big head, just cause they seem classy doesnt mean the staff is nice, or courteous. Although, you find a rare gem, a perfect employee, it doesnt balance it out though. Two-stars!

Dont listen to the NEGATIVE COMMENTS. This place is GREAT! I Have had Many big wins here and I see people winning money more then 10,000 dollars at a time. And the food is awesome..a bit pricey but well worth it..And the hotel rooms are very very CLEAN and very COMFORTABLE...
